Problem	The company has large process flows, some of which involve queues of files with critical information. Sometimes the processing would get interrupted and the queues would fill and stop downstream operations.
Solution	They turned to PA Server Monitor's File Age Monitor to keep the file queue processes flowing. If the files in the queues were too old the monitor would use the Start a Scheduled Task action to get the processing going again, as well as send an email alert so they could investigate the root cause.
