The Ultron android is fitted with (Marvel universe ) state-of-the-art AI \u2013 and promptly declares war on humankind. Cue self-replication of an army of Ultron drones, mass destruction, and the (hopefully) timely intervention of Earth\u2019s Mightiest He<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\">roes\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>Blackhat<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 14pt;\"><b><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3266 size-full\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/blackhat.png\" alt=\"Blackhat\" width=\"280\" height=\"185\"><\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\">In a film by Michael Mann, Chris Hemsworth stars as a convicted computer hacker who\u2019s hauled out of prison when an anonymous group of computer experts start threatening America\u2019s financial infrastructure. Of course, one of these is a gargantuan hybrid mix of T-Rex and several other voracious breeds. Presumed dead, Damon\u2019s character scratches out an existence on the Martian surface, hoping to survive long enough for NASA to mount a rescue attempt. Jessica Chastain and Kate Mara co-star.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>Midnight Special<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 14pt;\"><b><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3257 size-full\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/midnight-special-2015.png\" alt=\"Midnight Special - 2015\" width=\"280\" height=\"185\"><\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\">Director Jeff Nichols (who cites John Carpenter as an inspiration for the project) takes the reins of what distributor Warner Bros describe as a \u201cgovernment chase film\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\">Working from Nichols\u2019 screenplay, stars Michael Shannon, Adam Driver, Kirsten Dunst and Joel Edgerton lead the cast, in a science fiction story which sees a father and son forced on the run when they realize the former has special powers.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>Spectre (a.k.a. Bond 24)<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 14pt;\"><b><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3258 size-full\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/spectre-007.png\" alt=\"Spectre - 007\" width=\"280\" height=\"185\"><\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\">Director Sam Mendes is back behind the camera after the excellent <i>Skyfall<\/i>, for the 24th offering from the James Bond franchise. Cinematographer Hoyte Van Hoytema \u2013 whose credits include <i>Let The Right One In<\/i>, <i>Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy<\/i> and <i>The Fighter<\/i> \u2013 is also on board.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\">They\u2019re being tight-lipped about it, but the title suggests that Daniel Craig\u2019s Bond will be having his first encounter with the international super-villain ring headed by Ernst Stavro Blofeld.
