Support and Maintenance
Power Admin LLC offers a 1 year Support and Maintenance Agreement. This agreement does NOT auto-renew (we'll contact you towards the end of your support agreement to give you the opportunity to renew).
When you purchase a Support and Maintenance Agreement, you will receive:
- A private email address for priority support users only. We will gladly help with installation, configuration and usage issues. Requests for new or modified functionality will also be seriously considered.
- Free minor (3.x to 3.y) AND major (3.x to 4.x) upgrades to the products.
- A Support and Maintenance Agreement ID so we can both track the agreement.
