Group Summary Report
The Group Summary Report is a great way to get a quick view of many servers at once. On this report, each server is on its own line, and each monitor on the server is represented by a light. Green is good, yellow is a warning, red is an error and grey means disabled.
In addition to the easy to see lights, you can hover over each light to see which monitor is indicated. You can also click on the server name to be shown the server's Status report.
If you're only monitoring a few computers, you can right click the group, go to Report & Delivery Settings and indicate you'd like to see details about each monitor show below the computer. Also, if you take advantage of server groups, each group will have its own Group Summary Report for the servers in that group.
If you are using a Pro or Lite license, you can also schedule the status reports to be emailed to you. Simply right-click on the group and choose Report & Delivery Settings.
